Thank you for your business. All new products carry a one year warranty against defects. All used & refurbished products carry a 90 day warranty against defects. All products are guaranteed to be functional or will be repaired and or replaced with a different model style unit of equal value. No unauthorized returns. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return. No cash refunds will be issued. An in house credit will be issued to be used toward future purchases.

We understand that you do need security, so if you've ordered something that is not compatible with your environment we will gladly exchange  it. Restocking fee will apply, customer will pay all freight to return item, any difference in price will be paid by the customer.
