Why do I need more pins?

The average store will lose, misplace, bend or pitch 10% of its pins. That is perhaps why the store manager is asking for more tags when in reality they just need more pins to be able to use all of the tags.

Sensortags currently has just received a large shipment of 16mm flat headed smooth pins. These are typically used on black mini tags.

Special price for the month of January is $.05 (normally .06). Only $50 for a box of 1000 pins. For orders of 5 boxes or more (5,000 pins) the price is .04 ($40/box) Call Susann to order 812-201-5900.

New Years Tower Special $899

Now offering a new body style for our refurbished towers {normally $999} (silver and black) at the reduced rate of $899 until the end of January. All new electronics with the same as new warranty (2 yr parts & 5 yr tech support by phone). These have arrived and are now being refurbished, tuned and boxed. Limited quantiles available as these are refurbished units from major department stores so call before they are gone.

This tower works great in the middle of a double doorway because it feels tags to the right and the left side of it for 3 feet out. It can also be used on the handle side of a single door or add an extra tower and put one on each side of a double door for a more unobstructed entrance.

Random False Alarms?

Here are typical causes and solutions.

1. Tags to close - keep tags a bit more than 3 ft away from towers. You can also consider tagging close items with non ringing ink tags. They still act as a visual and physical deterrent

2. Electrical noise in your lines - Call and order one of our line filters. If your tower is not on a dedicated breaker, all other items on that same breaker will generate electrical noise in the line.

3. Cold weather can make systems more sensitive. Solution, tune down the sensitivity a smidge. If you do not know how to do that please call tech support. 812-201-5900
