Shipping Policy

We ship to customers in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Method
The majority of our packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 1–5 business days

• Canada & Mexico: 3–10 business days (depending on customs and location)

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Customs & Duties
For international orders (Mexico and Canada), the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
