Warranty
Everything we sell is guaranteed to work. If a product fails from a defect during its warranty, we will repair it or replace it with a unit of equal value.
- Each product page states that product's warranty, and that term applies.
- Where a product page doesn't state one: new products carry a 1-year warranty against defects, and used or refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty.
Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, less a 20% repackaging fee. Sale and clearance items can't be returned. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Ordered something that doesn't suit your store?
Call us before you send it back. If an item isn't compatible with your store, we'll help you exchange it for one that is. The repackaging fee and return shipping apply, and you pay any difference in price.
