Hello Valued Sensortags Customers,

Amid the ongoing Corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to update you on action taken by Sensortags to maintain business operations. We're taking precautionary measures, in accordance with guidance from government and public health authorities, to ensure the health and well-being of our customers, employees and their families.

We want to emphasize that Sensortags remains open for business with a skeleton crew actually in the office and warehouse, carrying out our work for our customers under these challenging circumstances. We have also instituted several policies to reduce the risk of potential transmission, notably:

· Remote Work: Susann is now working virtually from home most days. We have online collaboration capabilities so that we can meet our customers needs. She and Mary continue to be available to connect with you by phone, text, and email.

· Travel Restrictions: We have instituted travel restrictions and mandated self-isolation for any team member showing symptoms, or who have reason to believe they have been exposed. To date, we DO NOT have any Sensortags employees with reported infection symptoms.

· Events & Trade Shows: We are currently deferring social events, large meetings and leveraging technology to hold virtual meetings.

· Tech Support: Mary is still doing tech support in a normal fashion via text, email, and by phone. If your store is closed, and you are in the store filling online orders and such, feel free to call Mary if your system needs tweaked or if you would like to spring clean your system's electronics.

· Advising: Susann is available to answer questions about ideas you might have, or about future security additions that might be of interest. No obligation quotes can be done if you are researching products for future needs.

Clear communication plays an important role during these challenging times, and Sensortags is committed to providing ongoing communications as the situation evolves.
