FOR RETAIL BUYERS
Restock with tags, labels and checkout tools that fit your existing equipment. Start with the exact product family, check what comes in each pack, and build a clear order for your store.
Start with the equipment you already own
Record the tower model, frequency and the tags your store currently uses. RF 8.2 MHz and AM 58 kHz are different technologies, so a similar-looking tag is not necessarily a compatible replacement. A previous order number or clear product photograph can help identify the right item.
For hard tags, also identify the checkout remover. Frequency tells you about the alarm system; the tag's locking mechanism determines which detacher it needs. Use our detacher and deactivator compatibility guide before changing tag families.
Build the order around how your store uses tags
- Reusable hard tags: count usable tags and pins on hand, then plan for the merchandise you need tagged at the same time. Compare RF Black Mini tags and AM Pencil tags only after confirming your system.
- Disposable labels: plan replenishment around the packaged merchandise you label. Our security-label selection guide explains the RF and AM choices.
- Accessories: check included pins, clutches and backers before adding replacements. Select accessories for the exact tag family.
- Specialty merchandise: eyewear has different attachment needs. See our optical-store planning guide before ordering a large quantity.
Separate pieces, packs and checkout stations
Product quantities refer to the pack described on each listing. For example, two packs containing 1,000 tags each provide 2,000 tags. That arithmetic does not mean every tag is supplied in a 1,000-piece pack: quantities differ by product, and some listings include pins while others are replacement pins alone.
Check new or used condition, the exact model and included components. Count checkout stations separately from merchandise quantities, and confirm that each station has the appropriate remover or deactivator. Keep an identified spare in your ordering plan if your store needs one.
Company pricing and a useful restock checklist
Existing wholesale customers can sign in to their company account to see their wholesale prices. The wholesale collection brings together products those accounts order most. If an item is missing or you need help with company ordering, contact SensorTags.
Send the product names or prior-order references, frequency, tag and remover models, required piece quantities, number of checkout stations and shipping destination. Include photographs when the model is uncertain. For a new location or a larger equipment plan, request a quote with entrance measurements as well.
Questions & answers
Does ordering in bulk automatically change the price?
Use the prices shown for your company account or the terms in your quote. Contact SensorTags about your requirements; do not assume a discount applies simply because you selected multiple packs.
Can I combine RF and AM tags in one order?
You may need both for different locations, but keep the products assigned to their matching systems. Label your restock list by store and technology so the correct supplies reach each location.
What if I cannot identify my current tags?
Send clear photographs of the tag, its back or pin connection, the tower label and the checkout remover through our contact page. Ask for compatibility help before choosing a replacement.
