How to label packaged goods

Questions pharmacies and convenience stores ask

How wide an entrance does the kit cover?

One door 3 to 4 feet wide. For a wider entrance or more than one door, ask for a free quote and we'll put together the right system.

Which technology is it?

8.2 MHz RF, the frequency Checkpoint systems use. If your store already uses 8.2 MHz labels, they are the same technology as these towers. Refills are in Checkpoint-compatible supplies. Not sure what you have? Read AM vs RF.

How do I know the deactivation pad is working?

The pad beeps and lights up when it deactivates a label. The DV 1000 Tester checks the pad itself: hold it over the pad and press the button, and it buzzes when it detects the deactivation field.

Do I have to drill the floor?

Not necessarily. Ask us about a no-drill base plate.

What should I know before installing?

Keep metal at least 3 feet away from the towers, and use a dedicated outlet or breaker for the best performance. The kit includes the installation manual and a tuning tool, and we help you set it up by phone.
