Single antenna 1.990 MHz  Detects 3-4 feet equally on both sides of the antenna. One antenna will cover up to a 6 foot door when placed in  the center, or a 3 foot door when placed at one side. Two antennas will cover a 12 foot opening. Easy installation. *Uses only hard tags (no labels). This system can replace an old knogo style system from the USA. (European knogo security systems are 3.25 MHz.)

Single Panel Ketec^®System

This Ketec system is the single panel 4.6 MHz transceiver. The system functions in nearly the same way as the standard RF systems, but at a wider aisle width and requires only one antenna to operate. This system can detect tags within 5 feet (152.4cm) on either side of a single panel and if two panels are used, an opening as wide as 20 feet (6.09m) can be protected. Another advantage of the single panel system is that the electronics do not have to be synchronized, which minimizes installation time and after sales service.  4.6 MHz is excellent for environments with a lot of electronic noise interference.  New 4.6 MHz label tags now available.

Fake Security Tag Kit

If your budget is very limited you can use previously owned security tags that do not ring any of the current security systems, but will deter theft.  These tags come in kits of 2000 tags with a detacher for as little as $200.  The tags will all match and only you can remove them at your cash register area.  Ink tag kits are also available.  You may order by calling us toll free at 800-934-7080 or faxing us at 812-460-1930 in the USA.

Fake Security

If you have no security budget then maybe fake security pillars and tags are within your budget. Obviously this is not going to let you know when someone is stealing from you, but it will deter somewhat the casual shoplifters by making them believe they will get caught.  Paint them to match your decor. Model will vary with availability.  These towers are convincing as they are real tower bodies without the electronics.  Sometimes a baseplate is available for no holes in the floor installation.  You will have to ask at the time of ordering.
